This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what you can do about it. It is written to meet the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applies to every visitor, wherever you are.

What we collect
- When you order: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number and order details. Payment card data is handled directly by the payment provider — we never see or store it.
- When you browse: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed and referring site, through cookies and similar technologies.
- When you subscribe: your email address, and whether you open our messages.
Why we use it
- To process, ship and support your order — necessary to perform our contract with you.
- To send marketing emails, only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe from any message.
- To measure and improve advertising and site performance, based on your consent to cookies.
- To meet accounting and tax obligations under Spanish law.
Who we share it with
We use third-party providers who process data on our behalf:
- Shopify — store platform, checkout and order data
- Our fulfilment partner — receives your name and address only, in order to ship your parcel. Orders are dispatched from a warehouse in China.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — advertising and conversion measurement
- Google — analytics and advertising
- Klaviyo — email marketing
Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard. We never sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for the period required by Spanish tax law. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or port your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@almorasleep.com and we will respond within one month. If you are in the EU and are not satisfied, you may complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD, www.aepd.es).

We use cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work, plus analytics and advertising cookies that only load if you accept them in the consent banner. You can change your choice at any time.
