Where we ship
United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Spain and a selection of other countries. If your country does not appear at checkout we do not currently ship there.

Rates
United States — $6.99 flat. Free on orders of $150 or more.
European Union & United Kingdom — $5.99. Free on orders of $150 or more.
Spain — $5.99. Free on orders of $150 or more.
Rest of world — $12.99. Free on orders of $150 or more.
Take two pillows and the shipping on both is on us.

Processing and delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery then takes 7–12 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Where your order ships from
Almora products are made and dispatched by our manufacturing partner in China. This is why delivery takes longer than a domestic parcel, and why tracking can take 2–4 days to start updating after dispatch.

Customs, duties and import taxes
All duties and import taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout. Your order ships delivered-duty-paid: you will not be asked for any additional payment on delivery, and there is nothing to declare on your side. If a carrier ever contacts you asking for an import charge on an Almora order, do not pay it — forward the message to info@almorasleep.com and we will resolve it with them directly.

Wrong or incomplete addresses
Please check your address at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched, and we cannot refund orders lost because of an incorrect address.

Lost parcels
If tracking has not moved for 10 business days, email info@almorasleep.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier and replace or refund your order at no cost to you.
