Placing an order
Adding an item to your basket is not a purchase. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if a price was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud. If we do, you are refunded in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and include VAT where it applies. Shipping is added at checkout and shown before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but never after your order is confirmed.
The product
The Almora Cloud Pillow is a comfort and bedding product. It is not a medical device, and nothing on this site is medical advice or a promise to treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you have a diagnosed neck, spine or sleep condition, talk to a healthcare professional before changing your pillow.
Colours may look slightly different on your screen than in real life. Dimensions are approximate and may vary by up to 1 cm.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to buy from this site.
Our liability
We are liable for foreseeable loss caused by our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not liable for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — and nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.
