Our 30-night trial
A new pillow takes about a week to get used to — your neck has to unlearn a position it has held for years. So we give you a month.
Sleep on your Almora pillow for up to 30 nights. If you are not sleeping better, email us at info@almorasleep.com with your order number and we will refund you in full.
You do not need to send the pillow back. Return shipping on memory foam costs more than the pillow is worth to us, so keep it, pass it on, or donate it. This is our own commercial promise and it goes beyond what the law requires.
Your statutory right of withdrawal (EU, EEA and UK)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the EEA or the United Kingdom, you have a separate legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.
To exercise it, tell us in a clear statement by email to info@almorasleep.com before the 14 days are up. You then have 14 days to return the goods. Under this statutory route you bear the direct cost of returning them, and we refund your payment — including the standard outbound shipping you paid — within 14 days of receiving the goods back or of proof that you sent them.
You may use the model withdrawal form set out in Annex I(B) of Directive 2011/83/EU, but you do not have to.
In practice our 30-night trial is more generous than this and does not require you to return anything. You are free to use whichever applies to you.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, email info@almorasleep.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, including shipping. Your statutory rights regarding non-conforming goods are unaffected.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Once we approve a refund it is issued within 3 business days; your bank may take a further 5–10 business days to show it.
Cancelling before dispatch
Email us as soon as you can. If the parcel has not left the warehouse we will cancel and refund it in full.
