How long does delivery take?
Orders ship within 1-2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery takes 3-7 business days. You get a tracking number by email as soon as each parcel is on its way.
I ordered a Hearth and oils. Why two tracking numbers?
Your Hearth and your oils come from two different homes: the Hearth is packed by our Hearth team and the oils come straight from our oil partner. So they travel in two little parcels, each with its own tracking number. On the tracking page you'll see both under the same order. Your Hearth is never delayed by the oils.
My tracking isn't updating
It can take 24-48 hours after dispatch for the first scan to show up. If nothing changes after 5 business days, contact us at info@almorasleep.com and we'll look into it.
