Questions, answered
How does it work?
Fill the tank with water, add 3-5 drops of essential oil if you like, plug it in and press the button (or use the remote). Mist puffs out of the chimneys and the window lights glow.
Is the remote included?
Yes. Both colors come with a remote control to switch the mist, the lights and the timer.
Does it work without essential oils?
Yes. With plain water it works as a small humidifier and mood light.
Is it safe for kids' rooms?
It uses cool ultrasonic mist, so there is no heat and no fire, and it switches itself off when the water runs out.
How much is shipping and when will it arrive?
Shipping is free on every US order. It ships within 1-2 business days and arrives about 3-7 business days after dispatch. You get a tracking link by email.
