Terms of Service

Placing an order

Adding an item to your cart is not a purchase. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order - for example if an item is out of stock, if a price was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud. If we do, you are refunded in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping is free on any order with an Almora Hearth or of $50 or more, and $4.99 on smaller orders without a Hearth; it is always shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but never after your order is confirmed.

Automatic discounts

With an Almora Hearth in your cart: 25% off one essential oil, or 50% off The Collection (all 5 scents), once per order.
2 Hearths: $20 off the pair.
3 or more oils: 17% off.

No code is needed. A discount is withdrawn if the qualifying item is removed from the cart, and adjusted if it is returned (see our Refund Policy).

The products

Almora Hearth. A decorative flame-effect aroma diffuser. It creates a light, cool mist lit by LEDs to look like flames. It is not a heater, fireplace or open flame and produces no heat. Use it only as described in the included manual: fill with clean water up to the max line, add only a few drops of essential oil, keep it on a flat, stable surface, and unplug it before cleaning or refilling.

Essential oils. For use in diffusers and for aroma only. Do not swallow. Do not apply undiluted to skin, keep away from eyes, and stop using if irritation occurs. If you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition or are diffusing around infants or pets, ask a doctor or vet first. Store closed, away from heat and out of reach of children.

Our products are not medical devices and we make no health or therapeutic claims. Keep all products out of reach of young children and pets. Colors, scents and flame effects may vary slightly from what you see on screen.

Delivery

Orders ship within the US. A Hearth and oils ordered together come from two different homes (our Hearth team and our oil partner), so they travel in two separate parcels. See our Shipping Policy for times and costs.

Age

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to buy from this site.

Our liability

We are liable for foreseeable loss caused by our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not liable for business losses or for damage caused by using a product against its instructions. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited - and nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country or state of residence, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
