Shipping policy
Where your order ships from
All orders ship within the United States. Your Hearth and your oils come from two different homes: the Hearth is packed by our Hearth team and the oils come straight from our oil partner. So if you order both, they travel in two little parcels, each with its own tracking number. Your Hearth is never delayed by the oils.
Shipping cost (United States)
- Free tracked shipping on every order with an Almora Hearth, and on any order of $50 or more.
- Orders under $50 without a Hearth (for example, oils only): $4.99 tracked shipping.
The checkout applies this automatically - no code needed.
Processing time
Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery time
Delivery takes 3-7 business days after dispatch. Estimates are not guaranteed; weather and carrier delays can occasionally add time.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as each parcel ships. Tracking can take 24-48 hours to show the first scan. Follow your order anytime on our Track your order page with your order number and email.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned because the address was wrong or nobody could receive it, we will reship it once you cover the new shipping cost.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking has not moved for 10 business days, or your order arrives damaged, email info@almorasleep.com with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you.
