2. What we collect
- Order data: name, email, shipping and billing address, phone, order contents. Payment card details are handled by our payment providers and never reach us.
- Account and marketing data: email address if you subscribe, and your preferences.
- Usage data: pages visited, device and browser, approximate location from your IP, and identifiers from cookies and similar technologies.
- Communications: what you write to us by email or chat.

3. Why we use it, and on what basis
- To take and deliver your order, and to handle returns — performance of a contract.
- To send marketing emails — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link.
- To measure and improve the site and our advertising — our legitimate interest, or your consent where required by cookie law.
- To meet accounting, tax and consumer-law obligations — legal obligation.

4. Who we share it with
- Shopify Inc., which hosts this store and processes orders.
- Our payment providers, to take payment and prevent fraud.
- Our fulfilment and shipping partners, who receive the name and address needed to deliver your parcel.
- Email, analytics and advertising providers, including Meta and TikTok, where you have consented to those cookies.
We never sell your personal data.

5. International transfers
Some of these providers are outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States and China. Where that happens we rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

6. How long we keep it
Order records for as long as tax and commercial law requires (currently 6 years in Spain). Marketing data until you unsubscribe. Analytics data for up to 26 months.

7. Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or send it to another provider. Email info@almorasleep.com. We reply within one month. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD, www.aepd.es) or to your local supervisory authority.

8. California residents
If you live in California you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to ask us to delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not sell personal information for money. To exercise these rights, email info@almorasleep.com. We will not discriminate against you for doing so.

9. Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary to run the store, plus analytics and advertising cookies where you allow them. You can change your choice at any time in your browser settings or in the cookie banner.

10. Children
This store is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

11. Changes
We will post any changes on this page.
